STEP 1
Set Specific, Relevant and Attainable Goals
We will help you along the path to moving toward and reaching attainable goals, which will give you focus, accountability and motivation you need. STEP 2
Commit to at least 3 Online Video Training Sessions per week
We specialize in Neuro Training (brain based) and Fitness for the over 50 crowd. You get instruction from a Z-Health Certified Movement Specialist and Functional Aging Specialist, while enjoying healthy and achievable movement in the comfort of your own home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still participate if I've had previous surgeries ?
Yes, as long as you have been cleared by your doctor our Movement Specialists can still work with you on modifying exercises that you may need to. Seriously, we want to support you in healthy and consistent movement, and we're here to help, so Just ASK! :)
How many weekly videos are available? 
This first month, we we will have 30-40 new video segments, between 25-45 minutes each. There are already 10+ sessions saved in the video vault for you and we're adding 1-3 new videos every day, Monday-Saturday. These are being organized in the video vault for you in order of a basic progression from week 1 to as far as you'd like to take it. Over the next few months of our 2020 launch, we'll have a vault of over 100 videos for you to select from and ensure you're keeping your movement fresh and novel so you don't get bored and you create the positive neuroplastic (brain based) change that we're after. 
How long are the online training sessions?
Between 25-45 minutes. Our sessions are extremely focused. This is what makes them so efficient and effective. You can do multiple sessions in 1 day, or you can choose to put 1, 2 or maybe even 3 (for you hard core folks out there) videos together into 1 session, if that's convenient for you to do at home.  
I’ve never exercised before. Can I do it?
Yes, people at all fitness levels train with us. We will talk through ways to progress and regress the exercises in the videos. 
I have a chronic disease. Is it safe for me to follow the workouts and diet?
It is always wise to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program if you have chronic disease, are at high risk of chronic disease or are on medications. However, don’t let medications and medical conditions stop you from living the full life that you desire. Exercise is a great way to manage and prevent disease and reduce the need for many medications.
I already workout. Is this program for me?
You may workout but I guarantee you don’t workout like this! This exercise program is one of a kind.
